OUR MISSION

The Eurasian-Sahel Business Council for Economic and Cultural Cooperation is a non-profit organization with the strategic mission of developing business and cultural ties between commercial and public entities in Russia and African countries in the mutual interests of promoting Russia’s partnership activities in Africa and assisting in strengthening of the independence of African states.

Our approach to implementing our strategic mission is to create the most effective paths for the preparation and implementation of various mutually beneficial projects between Russian entities in African countries.

To achieve that, the Association makes every effort to work exclusively on specific projects that are of interest to all participating parties.

AREAS OF ACTIVITY:

identifying key and promising topics for cooperation between Russian and African business communities;
seeking for the most effective suppliers of the required solutions;
facilitating the establishment of reliable business ties between companies from Russia and Africa;
launching and comprehensive supporting for the implementation of projects, including those of great national and social importance for African countries.

To achieve results in its activities, the Association is in constant contact with governmental and business entities in Russia and African countries.

The Association has signed a number of cooperation agreements with leading Russian state and private corporations, enabling it to organize direct negotiations between these corporations and interested counterparties in African countries, as well as provide comprehensive assistance in the implementation of projects already underway.

SECTORS OF THE ECONOMY

The Association's activities cover many different sectors of the economy, including (but not limited to):

Oil and gas (production, processing, supply to world markets) markets)
Mineral resources (exploration, mining, processing)
Agriculture (purchase of raw materials, supply of agricultural products, production and supply of a wide range of feed and food products)
Biotechnology (high-tech processing of bio-raw materials, fertilizers, industrial use of biological agents)
Medicine (construction of medical centers and development of a complete vertical chain of medical services for the population)
IT and telecommunications (development and supply of high-tech systems
in all areas of this economic sector, including information security).

GEOGRAPHY OF ACTIVITIES

Having begun its activities with the development of relations with the countries of the Sahel region (Senegal, Mauritania, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Nigeria, Chad, Sudan, Eritrea), the Association quickly expanded its activities to the entire African continent.
